    Matte topcoat

Can confirm Armorpoxy Military topcoat is one of the best products on the market for topcoats. The non slip additive does help it dull down some. Satins can be hard to apply, you have to keep a consistent thickness across the floor.

A nice gloss 2 coat system with epoxy primer and urethane topcoat provides a nice finish. Armorgarage has a nice kit...

    Clear urethane over clear epoxy

Sheens won’t match in my opinion. If you want a uniform clear, entire flops needs to be lightly sanded then coated with solvent based urethane. Something with l: https://slipdoctors.com/products/clear-topcoat-paint?utm_source=shopsheriff&utm_medium=amp&utm_content=link-to-full-site

    Hellfire or a sealer?

Hellfire sounds like a great option. I think I would add optional clear topcoat to help against the abuse the floor will see. I’m pretty sure it can go over an acid etch but I’d confirm that with Legacy. MCU coatings are known for their abrasion resistance and durability.
