Can confirm Armorpoxy Military topcoat is one of the best products on the market for topcoats. The non slip additive does help it dull down some. Satins can be hard to apply, you have to keep a consistent thickness across the floor.

Fiber can be an issue with floor coatings. Normally propane torches are ran across the floor to burn off the fiber. Diamond grinding the floor is also recommended due to fiber. A nice gloss 2 coat system with epoxy primer and urethane topcoat provides a nice finish. Armorgarage has a nice kit...

Run far away from one day floors and polyurea base coats. Also you should never drive on a floor 24 hours after install. Ever winder why contractors want to do a one day floor?

I second Legacy’s Fiveton Patch Kit. Excellent patch / repair product and comes prepackaged in user friendly pails.

That’s why I stick with 2 part urethanes, poly and moisture cured urethanes. Those coatings have been around along time.

I’ve had a few installers tell me about issues with Penntek, specially there polyurea basecoat they flake into. Simiron is pretty good from what I’ve heard.

That is odd, but it looks like there was some contamination between coats. BillK’s comments makes sense. Both the 1 part military grade and 2 part military grade from Armorpoxy are excellent products.

Hellfire sounds like a great option. I think I would add optional clear topcoat to help against the abuse the floor will see. I’m pretty sure it can go over an acid etch but I’d confirm that with Legacy. MCU coatings are known for their abrasion resistance and durability.
