    I have a Rigid and the hose from day one has been a pain. Try to find one on sale and shop for a quality hose. Never have found a inexpensive filter, maybe one that you can wash?

    And your paying there wages, stay strong and best of luck. Few years ago pulling my permit and county building dept woman going thru blue permits saw one of two covered porches and said hold on. More $$$ and out the door I went. In credibly demeaning experience.

    Clean socket / hub until it shines and acquire the Fernco donut from your locale plumbers wholesale house. Lube the donut lightly with the proper grease, inside and out. Shouldn't be a big issue.

    I'd try to build out your base around the shop. The way it is now it's aways going to sluff off unless you build it outward four or five feet.

    People / contractors are still living in the Covid days, no skilled workers and material shortages. Double your estimate and find a good medical relaxer. It's going to be painful, sorry.

    Seventy-five percent of my working career was working in the dark, so I'm a big fan of natural light. I did not put windows in my garage doors that face north, but I did on my south end side of shop and been very happy.

    5 Gal. Frankenstein Plumbing Bucket

    Works for you, so good deal. For me it's a Husky elongated canvas tool box, amazingly stout. Ones four years old + - and the old one is better than nine years old. Wouldn't be suitable for quart size containers of glue and primer but half pints all day long.

    Ugl minisplit

    Thanks for the thoughts, interior is all sheetrocked and never considered boxing in the mechanical. Certainly would resolve remodel look. Kind of frustrated, told time and again that a minisplit wouldn't work in a fourteen foot high building. So did zero preparation, *****.
