i have had mine for more then a year with no issues.
A question to the guys running them on 18 volt batteries, are you modifing the battery or the impact?
unfourtunately, i managed to loose my 3 led flashlight and a 14.4 volt battery:mad:. talked with my rep about another one and he said that they are no longer made and that the new single led is not very durable. i was wondering if anyone here might have one that may be for sale or if one of our...
thanks for the input, i decided to stay with what i have. just not enough extra room for the cost difference. plus i like the triple bank with more individual drawers.
has any one purchased one? if so what did you upgrade from. i currently have a krl7023apc that i use at work and was offered a blue kern682b0pcm, for 3,000 and my box.
thanks for the replies, what i ended up doing was running 1-1-1-3 aluminum wire from the main to the sub panel and coated all terminations with noox-x an anti-oxidation paste. wire from the local electric supply was 1.27 a foot.[/IMG]
my question for the morning is what size wire, and should i look at either copper or aluminum? the main panel is a SD homline and the sub panel is a SD qo. the run is right about 90 feet. I think i have the correct size in mind but only for copper, is aluminum a better option?

when looking at a machine to weld thicker material is it important to have 100% duty cycle? i have only welded with a mig gun, how different is it to tig with steel or even aluminum, would i use the same tig torch for both?
atari, i'm looking for something to go from sheet metal patch panels to exhaust to brackets on frames. kind of a do all machine, i would like to start welding aluminum, but the spool gun for the mig220 is over 1,000 dollars which would have to wait.
does anyone use a power usage monitoring device such as a kilowatt meter or a watts up ,meter, or maybe something similar that would monitor certain circuits in a breaker panel? do you feel that it is accurate, i have read some reviews were some feel they were not registering properly.
