    Not sure bout yours, but, mine has a set screw in the center pulley grove. you might have to take off the belt to see it.

    Do I want a 3/8" or 1/2" impact for home use? And which sockets?

    I was is the same boat as you a few months ago. I got a IR 231 It's done rusty CV axle nuts, pinion nuts, suspension bolts and many lugnuts. Im just a weekend wrench but have no complaints. IMO the snap-on would be over kill.

    The old knurl base sk sockets are one of my favorite. Good grip with greasy hands. wouldn't consider it a ton of sockets but here's mine in 1/4 and 1/2. not pictured is an incomplete set of newer s-k wayne 3/8 metric set and ratchets

    I also have a popular mechanics ratchets, but, in 1/2". bought new around 2000 with a socket set. I've (ab)used the heck out of mine too. still works fine.

    From the pics it looks like you need is .. 8-367 Offset Runner, HD (Drs. 4,5,7) There is different revisions of the cab kra380a kra380b kra380c ect. So make sure that you get the right one. The part # is stamped on mine.
