Advise please, NEED A TOOL. I need to remove some old casters from a tool cart that have an unusual attachment method. On the top of the caster there is a very thin, single, large nut that is at least 24mm external diameter with an M10 threaded bolt inside. I'm looking for a thin head...

Not knowing about ball bearing drawer slides when I started buying my Craftsman boxes. i can definitely feel the difference once you load the tray with tool weight.
