Very funny Wooly ! Just got home from the inlaws in Buffalo, took an 1 hr an 20 mins to get to Newfane, blinding snow and 17 degrees. Calling for 11 Degrees Monday. Good luck man.

The guys from PBB will find him, hell the last guy that did this had a note personally delivered to his door in Canada ! Pictures of his house with the note on the door. He paid up 2 days later and asked that it all stop. Members in his area watched him for days.

I voted new because I'm restoring a 111 year old 2 story garage right now. I just came in from the garage burned out and feeling like a *****. Sometimes I feel like I`m putting lipstick on a pig ! Every day I see more stuff that needs fixing and redoing. :willy_nil

A delay can be programmed on any contact and I`ve done it many times for customers. If your worried about the overhead door getting smashed in block the door by parking your DD in front of it.
