What about eBay for vises?

Guys, I've been lookin to buy a big Reed 108 or a big Athol, but am having no luck, our town rarely has yard sales that don't partain to clothing, can anyone out there point me in the right direction, or have some vises to sell? Thanks!

Do they think if it says Made in Taiwan more people will buy it compared to others who won't buy China junk? lol

Personally I think the beadblasted black look of the new Craftsman China tools looks like garbage.

All appears to be more China/Taiwan junk.

The problem is that every Sears is different, when they really shouldn't be. At our full line store, if you grab a new ratchet off the shelf and hand it in with your broken one at the register, they will exchange it for the new one, however if you just walk up with your broken ratchet they will...

This is a load of ****, I just got off work today from there and that's not true at all. Our store doesn't even keep the ratchet rebuild kits anywhere near where the customers can see, a lady repairs ratchets with the kits in the back of the store.

If the Tapcons wont grip the block, put a little snip of weed eater string in the hole, it'll make the connection super tight. Learned that trick from an electrician.
