Getting some flooring into the building. Commercial carpet on the loft/storage area, full flake epoxy stuff on garage floor areas and stem walls, and vinyl plank looks like wood but supposed to be very durable and water resistant for the living areas. vinyl is dirty in pic but you get the idea..

So I did the square footage, ceiling height, etc in a couple of lighting estimators online a while back and they estimated I needed between 30 and 36, 5000 lumin lights. I decided to put in 3 circuits of 3 outlets in the center of the main bay so a total of 9 which I can run 4 lights easily...
