I keep a store of bolts, nuts,split washers, flat washers and such. I live 15 out from our small town that shuts down on the weekend and the largest town close to me is 45 miles away. Having an assortment at home is a life saver.

I've has one since '93 with 12 inch wheels. have put 3 sets of tires on it and packed the bearings about 20 times. It still makes a 15 mile jaunt to the dump once a week. It's been a good one for me.

haugy, how big is your building? What was the sq ft cost of the spray foam? From the beginning I have wanted the spray foam but at $1.50 a sq ft it is a spendy option.
