Well, started pulling and the upper part of the wall is drywall and the lower part proper plaster. Unfortunately removing the wallpaper on the drywall part also removed the drywall paper.

I did one too many drywall jobs.🤪 But on a more serious note this house finished otherwise and this room was on the back burner. We will have to see how it looks when the wall paper is removed. Who knows in the end we might skim coat it when we do some other drywall work we do not really want...
