I have the same problem with my building. It was built by Heartland Steel out if Tulsa, OK. I have had the manufacturer, two other builders and another manufacturer look at it. Everyone points the finger to Heartland. Good luck getting it fixed!!! It's taken over two years to get these issues...

I use two different buffers/polishers. A vector rotary for the compound and machine polish. A Porter Cable DA polisher for the swirl remover, glaze, sealer, and waxes.
