Just a consideration for having a clean out inside the garage. The dump stations at the parks always smell while you are using them. You may want to make provisions to ventilate the odours when you dump.

I think swing out doors would be a pain once the snow flies. You'll have to keep it cleared right down to the lawn in front of the doors.
