I ended up going back to the sale today and lucky enough for me they still had the vise! I got it for $35. After further inspection it seems that the top is labeled "Prentiss 19" and on the front it is stamped with "366". Do either of these pieces of information help identify this vise?

Any ideas what this is worth? Saw it at an estate sale today. They had it marked $50.
