Will these quench trays fit any of the block grinders? I have the 1/3 HP 397.19391 model

Nothing. It's just painful to spend as much on a quench tray as I'm spending on the grinders themselves.

Found the new quench tray. I ordered this from Sears about 8 years ago when they were still available and never used it.

It is the larger one (p/n 4971780), but exact same mounting tab as the small version. I also have a printer and ran the file you posted yesterday.

$25 for the original tray or $15 for the printed one, plus shipping. Shoot me a PM if you are interested.

Did Craftsman only use the small 5” (p/n: 3160351) before a certain date - or only on certain models?

The only quench trays that I’ve run across in the wild so far (granted, sample size = 3) are those that are typically described as “large” or 7” (p/n: 4971780).

p.s., Doug, Thank you for looking to see whether you still had a water quench tray to sell. Though you don’t, I appreciate you double-checking for me.
