The concrete underground was my favorite but with almost 5 months and no update I pushed it to the back. It was like a crackhead that kept coming for a fix but never got one. I still hold out hope that one day lilwillys will be nice enough to give us our fix and it will be a monster update.

On a continual entertaining and inspiring basis, Dubber's is up there! Both single and double threads.

Have to post up one of the first threads that I saw here and was just bowled over on how cool it turned out, keeping the simple front street view but creating an awesome garage inside.. plus the walk through of the build up was great:

The "M" House - Razed and Rebuilt Detached Carriage House/Barn - Start to Finish

New to the site so can't comment on threads to be read.
My favorites
12 gauge garage. Brought me to GJ and has given me serious motivation.
1/2 Cup. Just finished thread. Quality work, quality posts. And the jargon is cool.
Dukes storage and welding table.

There are others and am sure I'll find more. Thank you all for inspiring and teaching me.

Here are two that I think are sticky worthy (and personal favorites):

First mrholeshot (may he RIP) builds his own toolbox from scratch! See it HERE

Next for all the auto techs Honda guy provides a guide aimed at being productive and beating flatrate HERE

Definitely, hpw. The 72-year-old couple's garage was what brought me first to this wonderful forum.

for some of the best threads on Garage Journal........

what u got?

I don't believe I can just one or two. There are by far, too many damn nice garages out there on GJ. I think it would be easier to explain the workings of a nuclear weapon to third graders.

Agreed, most all threads here are great. But with anything there are always standouts

There are the threads that make your eyes bug out because of the amazing spaces and their sizes and the money spent.

But my favorite threads are the small ones that come and go, but help a guy with something he couldn't figure out himself. Advice and knowledge freely shared.

And the free parking ones that inspire people to do something about a problem in their lives.

Besides a lot of technology, there's a lot of heart on this forum.

That's what gets me.

Both of dubbers threads, they have been pretty inspirational to me.

Mid-century moto thread, not just for the garage build but all the reno work and the side projects are awesome.

And Jack's 12-gauge garage, the reason I found this site.

Excellent choices...
