Can't help you on the manufacturer right now. But I have that exact same one that belonged to my grandfather. But it's over at my dads house. I'll have to take a look this weekend when I'm over there. But knowing this place, you'll have an answer within minutes.

I have several of those by various makers;most notably Henry Hyde and Dexter-Harrington if I recall correctly. I'll double check the names tomorrow.I also have a newer model made by the Warren Tool Co.Some have tools in the handle while others do not.One set I have belonged to my ex-wife's grandfather who was a cobbler and made all his blades from broken hacksaw blades.

Multi Tools- they are neat ! More of a curiosity than a working tool for me.
