1 wide 2 deep condo garage

Im looking at downsizing, and am considering a condo near were my house is now. It has a 1 car wide and about 2.5 car (I will be getting the actual dimensions when I go visit). Wondering if anyone has this kind of setup. I figure I can use the back 1/3 for a workshop/woodworking area and have room for a car and bikes with some room to space. Anyone have anything comparable?? Just looking for some ideas that will help me visualize this space

Tandem style garages aren't that common in North America. Relatives in Germany have a 3 deep garage. Kind of inconvenient but that's the space they had.
