You submitted a grammatical mess.
You must be easily triggered. "electritian" "Electiricity""votage" "oun" "pahse" ? :ROFLMAO:
No manufacturers make breakers or panels designed for the weird voltages you listed
EDIT: BTW pattenp, TerryD, and I are all "electritians" (in fact "Electirical" Contractors)

Better tell PG&E that they're 6VAC low on our end... because even they tell us we get 117/234 volts.
PG&E, just like every PoCo in the US only is mandated to keep the voltage within 5% of nominal.
It could be twice that and still be acceptable.
PG&E is tied in with the whole US grid and by itself has a hell of a lot more than 3 "dynamos" as you call them.:ROFLMAO:

Note to self: Always quote complete posts so the maker doesn't come back and put up fishing symbols in their place in an attempt to hide them.

Sorry, Alfred, but I got better things to do than deal with your need to "correct" someone. So I went fishing... because anything is better than arguing with a know it all... And yes, you can quote me on that if it makes you feel better...

(Damn, I haven't felt the need to punch the "ignore" button on someone in years...)

A lot of dual voltage consumer grade compressors come with and undersized cord. That may be the limiting factor on 120v.
That could be. I never changed the cord, and just cut off the plug yo change to 217 or whatever we are at now. Changing to the higher voltage cuts the amp draw in half, so less in rush current.
