Yep, that's the standard "50A RV outlet".
I just make an adapter plug so that I only feed one hot, neutral, and ground to the camper? Will I will be getting a max of 50A?

Yes, you can get a max of 50A at 120V (assuming you wired with 6ga and are using a 50A breaker). The bad news is that
this adapter is only rated for 30A. It uses 10 gauge wire. And the "30A Receptacle" is only rated for 30A. RVers do this adaptation all the time, but the reality is that the breaker is too big to protect the wire on the RV and adapter.
I often wire my 14-50Rs with 10 gauge wire, put them on a 30A breaker, and put "30A limit" at the plate. 30A * 240V = 7200 watts. That's enough power to fire up 2 ACs and accessories. No issues using this feed with big 5th wheels that are running 2 ACs.
