I can see where the thumb wheel axl is pinged in. It doesn't have a slot for a screwdriver. There is no access from the other side to drive the axl our.

How does it come apart?

In another thread somebody said stand a 2x4 on edge, and then whack The wrench on the edge of the 2x4 so that the pin that's peined in place aims down. I had one that was peined less than yours, and it came out after a few whacks.

It's not exposed on the other side. There's nowhere to drive it out through.

Correct. I never said use a pin punch or anything like that.

You are counting on the sudden stop of the wrench hitting the 2x4 to ease it out.

Don't use a good 2x4 that you value it will be thrashed.

Ahh I see. I can't imagine that working but it must have at least once for someone. I'll give it a shot when I get time, thanks.

It worked for whoever posted it originally, and for me, so at least twice. But peined like yours could be a challenge.

Oh, and have a catch bin nearby, in case it comes out much easier than you expected. Mine inched out, and I pulled it 2/3 of the way once I could get a grip on it (and life). But the chaos if it comes out easy…. I used a sawhorse , with a towel in a bin below it.

No constructive advise, but wishing you luck and am hoping you will let us know how you get it apart please,
