got inside of firewall sound insulated, had to remove steering column and pedals.
shot some primer on the firewall, got a couple runs but will sand them out before painting, didn't want it to flash rust.

starting on the dash gauges, i am trying to use the original enclosures with updated gauges. It is harder than I planned as the new style gauges are designed to show in a round sight glass and the original openings were in a half circle formation. Had to fab up all mounts for gauges... pictures will help explain.

Now I am figuring out where to place the original brass battery cut-off switch (which I polished up and clear coated) I would like to show it off, and may mount it sideways in the trunk to shut off power to my stereo if needed.
