What kind of shape are those 2 front arched doors in ? They appear to be in decent shape but in varying degrees.

This is going to be Spectacular when done! Simply knowing how you go about doing everything you do tells me that. Will be keeping an eye on this one.
My dad had a Sinclair service station in the early 50's. Growing up we had a Sinclair pump at the house. Dad had a in ground 300 gallon tank. Go Karts, Scooters etc we always had a working pump at home. I think the highest the pump went was .30 per gallon.
Sometimes don't you wish you could retire, just so you could fix your own stuff?
I guess for now I'll just get by on 4 or 5hrs sleep a night.Sadly for me retirement is so far away(30 more yrs) its not even a thought yet..I wouldn't mind hitting the powerball or something thoughI guess for now I'll just get by on 4 or 5hrs sleep a night.

I'm noticing the top of the receipt book, Street or RFD. It's been awhile since I have seen anything marked with Rural Free Delievery.
30 years till retirement ?

Cool find on the photos. Are you able to get any details out of them?
You're making a lot of progress in a short amount of time. Are you taking some time off work or just working on it nights and weekends?
Do you have experience with construction? Seem to know what you're doing.

Lots of people are going to pull on the door that has a "REST ROOM" sign on it... Just a thought as I ponder how cool this project is going to be...great progress thus far!

The best part is it'll all be caught on camera
What is the very front space going to be?
Nice work on the sign, especially where you are leaving people to guess the prices. "If you have to ask, then"...A sign I had made for inside the gas station office and an old wood map rack I came across on ebay. I'm going to paint it white and put a couple Sinclair HC decals on the front
The map rack will be a cool addition. At this rate Joe will have this done by the spring.
I'm going to plan a road trip to Perry to see this in person!
