Great score. Looks like a very nice one. Does it have a sticker on the other side? If so could I see a picture of it. Mine is damaged and I want to figure out how to replace it.

We had a two can Red Devil shaker at work. Some desk jockey figured it was too dangerous, so we had to have a big expanded metal box put around it. Apparently, it was still way too dangerous, so it had to be dismantled and sent off to surplus. Now we have stir sticks. Probably the same guy who had the power cord cut off the Powermatic because it didn't have the same guarding as the cheap Chicom POS that replaced it. We blew over $100k on machine guarding a few years ago, sometimes to cover a 3" length of spinning shaft you would have to climb 3 ft over a 400F hot piece of machinery to touch with a fingertip.

Where did you score the rubber feat that go under the springs. I can buy them from paint shaker parts but they are quite pricey. I'm in the process of restoring mine as it would not restart after each use. The motor would hum and draw 15amps. Had to rotate the pully when it was humming to get it to run. Found a broken hold down screw that was causing the centrifugal start contact inside the motor to misalign and not make contact to initiate the start windings. However, this thing being so old the insulation on the individual wires just broke apart upon touching and left exposed wiring. So her we go. A full on restoration is in process.
Rich.
