$3.50 today. Socket is a magnetic gearwrench, drill set is a complete Irwin/Hansen HSS.
Sort of an expensive lunch. $5 bucks for the two sets of plastic drawers full of fasteners, $25.00 for the Stanley 2101A brace, $10.00 for the Klien bin chock full of machine screws, copper washers, etc and the Cornwell TR3 1/4" ratchet. [/URL]

One estate sale today. Results, everything USA: SK case with a few SK sockets; a random case (prob Asian); (2) Vise Grips - one for welding; (1) Proto 710-S 10" black adjustable; (1) Williams M-15 1/4" speeder; (1) Proto 1230 15/16 wrench; (2) Williams flares; (1) Blue Point Supreme S-1618M from 1960; (2) Stanley 100 Plus screwdrivers; (1) Irwin 400-6" flathead; (1) Snap On SSD2; and (3) Wiss shears, scissors, and Hy Power 908 Pruners.
Not a bad grab at $15. I find it funny that a month ago I had to buy, at the last minute, a 10mm flare nut wrench for a brake job which I ended up paying $10 from Sears online. In the store it was $20. I'm willing to bet these Williams flare nuts are better.
This SK is from the 60's, right? It's more blue than green, and came with the socket tray.

Post a closeup of the box's logo and I can probably get you a date range
Hit an estate sale this morning and at a half hour before it opened I got number 50. I could not believe that this was still laying on the work bench when I finally got in.
The roll was seen better days cracked and worn, but it's there!
Cost me three bucks

If you mean the blue case w/ the grips in it, I think it might be US made. I've got a Berzomatic kit from the 70's somewhere. That looks a lot like the case minus the Styrofoam liner inside.
Oh God, I could only imagine what pawnshops in NYC would want for Snap-On. It must **** when you walk into one and see a treasure, but know damn right well they are asking 10% less than retail for it. I see it ALL the time in Philly pawnshops.

Berzomatic case, good for carrying two long props camping, but no one really uses those anymore though...
Those OLD wooden handled Craftsman screwdrivers are cool.

those air tools, do they rotate or just vibrate? They could be some kind of pneumatic etcher. Either that or pencil grinder, for deburring etc.
The free box also had a NIB locking gas cap andthis Miami Beach thing.![]()

That was a find if it is original. Been searching for one for our Model A for years.
Its aluminum if that means anything. If its something hard to find for a project car I'll sell it. I was going to just hang it on the wall.
