Ha Pace car! Wait till the wife sees all those tools on her stove. It might spoil your find a bit.

Not really a garage sale find but a deal sourced through a friend of a friend. 2 Dorman Parts organizers $20 each. Not a screaming deal but I am pretty happy with them.
This works well; you can also go at it with a light touch and a fine wire wheel. Use a polishing approach. I do impacts and alleys that way all the time. You can also add a light oil to the process, but be warned, it gets VERY messy...

You guys in S.E. Michigan need to go to this sale! The craigslist ad was not very impressive, but this guy has tonnage!

That Craftsman box is SUPER CLEAN!![]()
No rust, no scratches, I'm not sure what I would do with myself.
Bluebolt just dropped by with a ton of goodies!
Got my first wood Gerstner(big one at that), a Craftsman stand and top plates for both my band saw and 6x48 sander, some parts for the table saw I just picked up, a pedestal for my Baldor buffer and a great shop-warming present, a Craftsman Heritage open end wrench holder!! It's like Christmas in August![]()
.Nice scores nine!! I'm digging the grinder pedestal and of course the Gerstner. I had a chance to buy one a few years back filled with tools for $250, but I didn't have enough $$ at the time. I still have nightmares about losing that deal.
Is that Craftsman wrench holder for metric ones? You hooked me up with the SAE one that was listed on ebay last year.
Great day Nine4!!

Nice Cman box. I had the matching top box 2 years ago. I regret selling it to this day.
It was in just as good of a shape as this lower. Plus on top of that he had what looked like a complete sk wayne 3/8" drive socket set with wrench and 1/4" drive set for sell, He said he wanted another cnotes for those and I was like,
. I didn't have that kind of cash for the week so I had to leave them behind.![]()

It's stamped 03/70 on the bottom.
I also got these V series large wrench with the deal, 7/8" to 1 1/4" in size, looks to be hardly used and just have toolbox wear!

Also a SK Wayne 1/2" drive speed drive and a 3/8" par-X drive speed drive!

I gave a c-note for it all! Not too shabby I thought!
I'll comb through it when I get back to Chicago on Monday.
