Basically, a guy cleaning out his fathers house... he said "if you want it, throw it in a pile" Grabbed all but some import tools. Nothing particularly special, 2 CMan rat's, 2 no name planers, etc. This little vise though... its a screw on bench style with removable jaws... any idea of a maker?

The hard part was walking away from a $100 Delta panel saw. If I had brought something that big home with me, I'd never be allowed to live through the night.![]()

) is worth his life.
Two trips to the same second hand store. Each picture's contents ran me $20. Mostly USA, some Taiwan and I am sure a little China. Craftsman, Vaughn, Estwing, Wooster, Easco, Ace, Crescent, Klein, Astro, Nichols, Fuller, Stanley, Eklind, Channellock and some other Misc. stuff.

Those and medical file cabinets with the pull out trays are my favs! Nice find.CL score today. $30 and a mile from home. I love cabinets!

Proto professional 3/8 drive ratchet and sockets $1
Hand axe, brake tool, locking pliers(what is the correct name for this tool?) $1
SK slip joint pliers, J.H. Williams & co Vulcan no.303 clamp $1

In my best Mocho Man Randy Savage voice "oh yeah!"![]()

:After a few weeks without hitting the sales I was having withdrawal symptoms LOL. Got up early to hit a few sales.

Was that 3 separate places? Any intense haggling? If not, that is just amazing.
I paid $3 today for a older 1/4" SO ratchet, extension, deep socket and 1/4 to 3/8 adapter. Starting to feel as if I overpaid.:

Good score on the eggbeater! I've got a couple of them. Here is a good link for tuning it up... http://www.wkfinetools.com/trestore/boringTools/tuningEggbeater/restEB1.asp

The rusty wrench is a Snap On, and also the Wizard wrench which I've haven't seen before.

Anyone what know tools was in this toyota bag?
I'm still on the hunt for an anvil. People on CL know what they have. I live in a agricultural area. Need to score one from a old barn sale.
The Toyota tools look to be a hubcap remover prybar and possibly part of a scissor jack handle?
Wizard rocks. It was a house brand made by Indestro for Western Auto. Clean that up and it will last another 50 years.
Good to know! I was wondering what tools that i had that came with the bag but I will keep this in mind in future searches!I may be misunderstanding the question. I had one like that a while back. IIRC, there were also 2 or 3 DOE wrenches and a screwdriver. And maybe a cheap socket-type tool (for the lug nuts).
i should take the weekend off, since I have a lot to clean and sort through... but it's getting colder and sales are going to stop soon, so I should stockpile for winter, right?

If I knew that I was going to be in AZ this winter I would sell you one of mine!

Well, where are you located? He's not the only one looking for one![]()
