It took me a bit of research, see Edit 1 and 2. I now know it's a 3 1/2" wide Carpenter's Slick, I believe it's a #12.
And yes NJ Marty after looking at SOLD prices on Ebay this one might fetch $137!

Already back from the sales. There were about 35 listed but only half a dozen listed tools and half of those were picked clean. I spent 38.00 bucks on this junk.
Hay knife w/ sharpening stone, Miller Falls vise, Keen Kutter saw, another adze(since my last one turned out to be about 165 years old so I decided not to use it), pair of braces, adjustable wrench's and a few other pieces. One I bought because I didn't know what it was and thought I would ask you guys what it is...It has a Williams mark on it also marked Mac # P35 ??? Any one ? Last two photo's

Top, I'm pretty sure those are piston ring pliers for installing the rings on the piston. they my be for big diesel stuff.
Quick run for me also, three planned stops, all estate sales. I got a cast iron plant pot for a buck at # 1.
#2 I had a spinner driver in my hand and walked the house and the owner (a pro estate sale co, was running it...) stops me says "that's my driver, did you buy it? No? it's not for sale." and holds out his hand...
the ES lady thought so to by the look she gave me, and later hunted me down and apologized. 
Whatever. He came out to the Garage, apparently to "put it away" and asked "Did my tool box get sold?" again Piss poor planning...
There was a Fein corner, sander in the case and I asked about it and Stan, the "garage guy" for this ES Co. says "$100 - Sorry he won't let me go any lower..." I said he wanted it worse than I did. Stan agreed...
The last stop was closed due to weather. "Next weekend!"
So almost a bust; not even any TOO's as it's been drizzling all night/day.
To top it off a section of my side fence fell over due to the untrimmed overgrown (wet) Jasmine on the neighbors side finally broke the post and dragged two sections over...

The first leg of my run this morning was for 3 yard sales. The first was mostly common stuff and a lot of junk. The second lied about having tools. And the third turned out to be an estate sale from a few weeks ago that was a bust, so I didn't bother stopping.
Fortunately, between stop 2 and 3 there were 2 TOO's. The first one was unfindable in the maze of roads, but it led me to the signs for the second one. At that one I spent $15 for a Plano double rifle case.
I just inherited what we always called "Dad's squirrel gun" and needed to lock it away from my sisters toddler. I just had to put the gun in the picture. My Grandfather was given the gun when he was 13. It's a 1934/35 Winchester model 67-22 Short (Long-Long) bolt action rifle. (I can tell you from experience that grey squirrels are easy, but chipmunks waste a lot of ammo.

Hit one sale today it was open at 11:00am ,got there before 9:00am and was 4th in line.Place was a frenzy,the estate sale company came out about 10 mins before the start and announced that many of the pictured tools were "possibly" removed by the family and sold before the sale.Had a nice SO box and a MATCO box but I am full up and had no room even though the price was reasonableI just couldn't do it.I did get a Craftsman Speeder,a set of Koken British Whitworth sockets that look new,a Herbrand ratchet adapter that needs work,a Starrett punch,a pair of SuperForm pliers,19 wooden planes and two full 20lb propane cylinders all for $110,the propane tanks were $5 each versus $20 to refill mine so I scored well there
I'm gonna put the wooden planes up with some others on the 'bay and ask a profitable number for them.
The interesting item is the SuperForm pliers I can find one reference to them in a 1947 Popular Mechanics ad for $2.50/pr I'll bet I paid less than that today

At the time I decided that I just didn't want another branded set to have to fill holes on, so I walked away. Since then, the 'ol GJ monkey has been digging around in the back of my brain. It just wouldn't let it go.
So, I went up to the dealer and warily asked if he still had the socket set (being careful not to mention the brand, and hoping it was sold). Unfortunately (for me), he still had it, but needed time to remember which box it was buried in. While he continued setting up and looked for the socket set, I wandered around the other tables and only came up with a 1/4dr spinner.
When I went back to look at the socket set, the seller originally wanted $25 for it. There are some good pieces left (a set of square sockets) but there was also some junk in the box and it was missing the ratchet. While I was hemming and hawing, the guy told me that he'd been sitting on it for a while and since I was the only one who had shown interest in months, he'd let it go for $15.
So I now have another set I need to complete.

The vintage B/S Western Elec. fan was $25, the 3 pc Ford wrench set was $5 but everything else was $1/item including the anvil.
Starrett, Stanley and the chisel is marked P.S. & W.
The anvil is probably vintage US since it came with a "grandpa" hoard but I don't see any identifying marks on it. Weight is around 30 lbs.

After a little research, the set seems to be from the 1930's.
The unbranded ratchet is part of the set.
The ratchet is one-way. (turn it over to reverse)
The t-bar is FEMALE drive, like the ratchet.
The universal is also female drive.
Missing the double male extension to use the sockets.
All sockets seem to be there (including 32nds and all the squares)
All sizes are marked with a hyphen (-) between the numbers instead of a back-slash (/). example: 3-8 instead of 3/8.
I'll have to do more searching to find some 1930's None Better catalogs to narrow the search and confirm what I might be missing.

Picked up this Ben Pearson 9k 2 post asymmetrical lift for $1400 delivered.
It shows USA made. It is ALI certified which is a big part I was looking for.

That napa cabinet is pretty rad.
Hit a few places up today got a bunch of screwdrivers but they aren't anything special but did get a nifty pair of Husky Locking pliers. I haven't seen one like it before so I had to get it (plus it was only a buck) Also got a little Dunlap tool. No idea what it's for but it was 25 cents. It's marked with a S in a circle.

Dave, that chisel is probably Peck, Stowe and Wilcox which later became Pexto!

Tell, the Dunlap is an old school piston scraper. S-circle = Kastar, and Dunlap was used by Sears as a trade mark from early 40's to early/mid 60's
