There's still time for B and C, but C would be a short series. IIRC it didn't last long before being lost.

I would estimate around 150 or 160 orders came in on the 4th. More still coming though.

Maybe it's just me and not having the time to truly investigate better. But this year there didn't seem to be any real smoking deals like previous years. It could also be that for myself I had a hard time justifying spending any money at all since there really wasn't anything I needed too. I honestly only bought what I did to support you guys.

I'm a teacher, so the summer is without paychecks. My order will arrive in September!
My wife's mother is a teacher. She gets a check even during the summer. Does this not happen with you?

Nope- 10mos of checks, then from 6/30 to 9/15 you're on your own. Save all you want, but the end of summer gets tough. Most of us do seasonal work. "Summer off" is a myth too- everyone is rewriting curriculum and punching walls over whatever the next BS standardized testing platform will be which takes up roughly 30days of class time.

PM me if you want more info. I'm happy to share.

Average order was much larger than last year, and orders are still coming in, so for us, better than previous year.

I know I spent more this year than the amounts I have spent in previous years.
I actually spent more than twice of what I had planned to buy.

I tried to slim it down but ended up spending the same amount I spend every year.

Apparently they got right on mine, I have a tracking number already... I wonder if mine's one of those crazy box arts pictured?

That's one of the problems with selling quality tools, they last so your customers don't need to buy a new one every 1 - 2 yrs. that new sk ratchet was tempting but couldn't justify it. Only reason order was so large was housewarming gift for my bro

This is true. I always loved the Excelsior Class. The Ambassador was just kinda meh when compared to the Galaxy.
Since I play sto, I agree. A refit I love, but the excelsior class is awesome and I think better than the c or d.

I think the Excelsior class was the best looking externally, but the -A in The Undiscovered Country had the best interior of any Enterprise. I thought they did a very good job making it look futuristic while still retaining physical elements like switches that kept it in the sort of vaguely nautical theme that Trek always excelled at.

In a desperate bid to remain on topic I will second the guy who said that the shirts would be much more attractive with just the logo on the front and no graphics on the back. I don't have an urgent need for more tools, so I didn't order anything this year, but I would buy shirts like that by themselves, I always need more shirts.

My order just arrived and I was pleasantly surprised with the bonus gifts (10 inch bearclaw and a bomb tether). Very impressed.

What is a bomb tether?

I have no idea what I will do with this other than use it as a conversation piece. From the HJE website: https://www.harryepstein.com/index.php/bomb-tethers.html

"We are told that these were made in WWII (most are dated 1945). They were used to attach bombs to each other so they would fall in a cluster. This was used primarily against German submarines. The basic idea was that instead of having to come up with a bigger 1,000 lb. bomb, you could tether (5) 200 lb. bombs together. These "bomb tethers" are packed 200 pieces per original wooden crate. You can buy them individually or by the crate. - Bomb Tethers"

Thought it was fitting to give everyone a little piece of US history for the fourth of July.
Would love to see the uses you guys come up with for these things.
The packaging is pretty incredible to.

I cheated and submitted my order a couple days early. I think I kind of like my new SK 3/8 ratchet, it'll never take the place of my round heads, but I do like it much more than the 80 tooth Snap-Ons.
