OK I managed two more YS's today, but spent all the rest of it working on the trailer. or the Rig in prep for next week's hunting trip... (Springs on the trailer, welded one back bumper bracket (that bumper needs a "Not a Step" on it...), rotated tires fixed the backup lights, made up more canopy supports, lots more...)
The star of this load is probably the hatchet in pic two and three. Soon as I saw it I was like "why is that there on Day two (or more...)" in my brain. (But several other items fell into that catagory...) Got the top layer of rust off and its a Kelly!
Williams S52 & Proto ratchets, Williams and Armstrong small wrenches, DBE, 420 Channellocks, What appear to be NOS Wiss Ships, the adjustable is a Baker, and made in San Francisco!- Partly hidden; a GEM style nesting driver set, a Craftsman and a wood handle driver.
The Kelly, a clamp on vise, A Corbin Bronze lock, BlackHawk DBE, Westcott, "S" handle adjustable, Wood scale with both inches and MM, WD-40, NOS Barrel Bolt.
Close up of the Kelly markings:
Close up of the vise markings -anyone recognize?:
I nearly missed pics of this! A personal PG&E First aid kit (or maybe for a trucks glovebox...) This one is a close runner up to the Kelly... I'm going to stock this with "modern" stuff and keep it in my day pack(s)! It was $15 all...
Second YS: Proto and New Britain Sockets, SK, Cornwell and Thorsen Combos, the Thorsen is interesting as it has the "ratcheting" open end. I'd have thought Thorsen was gone by then... $5.
