I did not look for the one. Another store just down the road showed 3 in stock. Their count usually seems to be pretty accurate on large items like this.

Slightly ambiguous. If i had to guess you are talking about the stand light. The new normal price is $199, so with 10% off, you will be saving $5, but most stores are still carrying it, so it will be hard to find.
Stores that were clearancing it, actually had it marked higher ($224) than the stores that were regularly carrying it ($199).
Thats the one.
It would be a better deal if you could find any that had the starter kit included (5Ah battery pack + 12v/18v charger).
But keep in mind the 175 is in store, and if you can get an additional 10% off THAT, you are still saving more than $5

I found the display at a store yesterday, it was still tagged at full price, 2 drawers were off kilter and i just smiled when I rolled it up to the cashier and she scanned the tag and it came up 75.02. OH was 1.

I think the few my store had of the 52" got sold while I was out of town. Might try and swing by there tomorrow and see if PCA shows any or up in the rafters. I'm sure the employees jumped on those like hawks if the price dropped...

I wish they offered a collated screwgun. After switching from the stupid drywall screwguns to a collated Senco, I can't imagine ever going back.

I was just in the Watchung NJ HD and they are clearing out Cree PAR-30 LED bulbs for $1.88 each. I don't know if it's a local thing or across the board.

Only one in my area. slim chance. They had a Milwaukee bottom setting there but could not decide what to do at price. Dewalt 1/2 impact toll only $66.

The RaceDeck knockoff peel and stick ends up being ~800 for a 20x20.

Quick question on this type of flooring. Anyone find it cumbersome to roll floor jacks, creepers and mount jack stands on this type of surface? Seems like it would be a real pain.

I saw one of the 4.4 CF fridges I think in the old style boxes, it was the black model. They hand wrote the current model # on it, along with a sticker. It was too far away up high to scan or even take a picture of the UPC... Wasn't sure if it was pennied out or would ring up full price so I didn't mess with it. Anyone know? I think it was the stainless that pennied a while back?

Since I work for home depot as a department head I thought I would chime in here PCA is a public app . Anyone can use it.
The way clearance works is this if it ends in a 6 you have 6 weeks till its next price drop . Ends in a 4 it's 4 weeks 3 it's 3 weeks 2 it's 2 weeks after it ends in a 3 or 2 it goes penny per corporate we are not suppose to sell penny sku's unless it is considered hazmat.
The way the cadence goes is from 6 to 3 or 4 to 2 then penny. The 4 and 2 are considered rapid clearance sku's
Any questions ask away and I will try to answer

In the pic above your post the price is 150,06. There's a date of 1/10/17. It's way past 6 weeks since that date so what's the significance of it?

My store doesn't follow that markdown schedule either. Things tend to sit much longer and are slower to drop in price and even go to penny...
I'm sure how big of a town / current inventory levels has something to do with how aggressively they move old product...

The cadence doesn't kick until it ends in 6 or 4 the drop from start of clearance till it ends in a 6 or 4 depends on the supplier agreement and the speed of previous sales.
The district manager also has some say in the way clearance it done
On that lock I would check the price they are 50 something dollars at my store now I can check the exact price on monday . I am the receiving department head in a 75 million dollar box but I worked in a 30 million dollar box before here .
Also one thing to remember is different regions have different supplier agreement in place . I am in the new England region
