Yeah I was happy when heard it actually does come with boot because when first announced it said the kit would have it but all the product details didnt lidt it. Though they said M18 mid torque kits would come with boot and that wasnt true.
That would be sweet, but every listing I have seen for the kit, Milwaukee's website too, does not mention including a boot. It has always been considered an accessory. Perhaps where you got it from was including it. Had any place mentioned that, I would have actually got one. Otherwise, I know there are some SnapOn boots that work on the non-fuel units, and hoping maybe one of their's will work for the fuel. it was considerably cheaper, and could be bought online even

happy to be wrong on that. Though I almost ordered it this weekend, and if I did, I would have also ordered the boot due to OCD, but would have been a bit frustrated to end up with 2.

makes the kit price a lot more attractive.

if you have a Blains near you (midwest fleet and farm store) on the 30th-10th they will be having some milwaukee stuff on sale, you can check out their ad. nothing stellar except the 2361 m18 flood light for 69 bucks, pretty good deal.

Anyone order from international tool? They took my money quickly, but still have no shipping info. This normal for them?

Same thing for me. I ordered over last weekend, just emailed them today to see when to expect my order to ship. I think it did say it would ship in 3-5 days when I ordered. No response yet.

Any luck? Mine went through on Saturday, but still no info. They seem shady to me.

The M18 hex floodlight already discounted to $79.

Youve got a lot of Milwaukee lights lol, whats your opinions on the M12 vs M18 stick lights for automotive work? Do you lose anything going for the M12 since its smaller? Ive got the kit lights and the M18 spotligh (love it) and looking for a Big Red light for working on the truck (not interested in the underhood or Rocket lights).

For auto work the M12 stick is better than M18. I usually hang M12 on hood hooks, shock spring, etc. M18 doesnt hang well, usually have that standing in engine bay or on floor. The new USB stick light is great for auto work, brighter than M12 stick, but has to be mag to something. Havent used my M12 underhood yet on a job but will this weekend, its just so damn exp. M12 rover flood light is one of my favs has many uses, M18 rover flood ***** and I am getting rid of it useless for auto work. Use my ole trusty M18 hex all the time for underneath work. Sometime use big M18 trueview flood shinning down from a shelf or something.

Hoping they come out with an updated M12 stick with 700+ lumems.

Top 3, M12 stick, M12 rover, USB stick.

I just called International Tool. The guy I talked to was very nice. They are working through everything...they just got slammed. Most things they sold through and are waiting for replenishment from Milwaukee. They said one guy placed 62 orders!!! I know it had to be one of you.

I will definitely purchase from them again.

The usb rover light is a must have as far as I'm concerned.. the m12 can be limited in part to it not having an articulating head..

My personal opinion is different on the m12 vs m18(with a compact battery). I think the m18 is more versatile if you were gonna get just one.

The m18 with the usb rover is a good pair. One bigger light, one smaller light.. they are different enough from each other that their practical uses don't really overlap. People will have different opinions, so you'll have to find what work for you. Without a larger flat bottom battery in it, the m12 can hardly even stand up.

Thinking of picking up an angled finish nailer. I won't use it much, so $200 seems like a good deal for the kit. Thoughts?

I've just bought the m18 stick at Home Depot for $49. It has versatile mounting options but I'm disappointed in the lumen output for the size. She may go back

I agree they should update the original model with more LEDs. The 6 sided light is down to $79 in some places and offers a lot of light. I have one and like it but don’t use it as much in my garage since I got a tower light. But for portability it’s the light I usually take. The m18 stick is more a small specific area light for close work

Last year we were able to get 'em with a $25 off code making it $174 total and they still did free shipping, making it even sweeter. But yeah, even at $199 it's a pretty damn good deal

Yeah, I just missed it last year. I've been looking for a decent deal on batteries.

It's a good deal but I don't really need 4 more batteries right now and have $200 less, :spit:

Decisions, decisions.

I ordered 4 last year thinking the same thing. I ended up selling 2 (they were individually packaged) + shipping. Now I wish I kept all 4!

Yeah nyy, $50 each is a darn good price. It's like an extra battery for 4 different tools, or something like that.
What I don't like is the Fuel sawzall case I have doesnt fit the 9ah battery, so it'll get the 5ah's. For now its on my 2753 impact inside the 2897 case. oh well.
