RagTopTA's breaker looks Walden to me, I have one shaped just like it, but they seem to have left out or lost the detent ball for the hinge. Usually the knurls are close together, but this 3/4 example matches the wider band.

Urrea(Mexican Proto) rates their 3/4 ratchets for 12000 ft/lb, and the hinge handles a bit less. I'd say it takes a big boy to rip off a Williams like that.

I'm pretty sure Ive seen a non WF 9/32 on Ebay, and it was a 48xx part number. I don't think its in any known catalog.
I saw this PWA 6003 proto ?candlesnuffer? At the tool store the other day.
The stamped hex spins freely, and there is a small dowel at the other end.
