That promo only applies to that bundle, correct? That's a different bundle than the one on clearance for $125.03.

Yes.....still looking for the promo for the M18 Fuel kit at $125.03. I was able to get (4) of those......you can never have too many batteries

A windmill is a disaster to the environment. Water mills are much more environmentally friendly.

Dont they still have the free 9.0 promo for the kit that hit 123? I used one last week with the 2 kits I got, and in store matched it.

Dewalt power station.

Forgot about that, but do you charge that with your water wheel as well?

I'm sure Martha will be OK with paying you to sit in her lawn chair for 2hrs while you wait for your 4ah battery to charge. Maybe she'll bring you some lemonade and lunch.

If you have a yard that can drain 4 flexvolt batteries, I'd like to see it. But I also have several power stations.

Who said anything about 4ah? I didn't realize you could still purchase batteries from 1986.

Martha does bring me lunch. Shes old school like that. Also, landscaping is charged by the job. Not the hour. It wouldn't matter if it takes you 20 hours or 20 minutes...

OK, but you are using those 4 batteries to operate your other battery charger correct? You are still limited by the batteries in your tool. The Milwaukee blower for examply works for about 15-20 minutes on a 5ah battery. How long will it take to recharge that battery using the power station? How many people on a crew all using blowers, trimmers, etc? Draining probaly close to 1 battery per job. I don't see any practical way of using cordless tools unless you have enough charged batteries on hand to do a complete days work. Then when you get back to the shop at the end of the day you charge them all back up for the next day.

Or you can carry a 5gal can of mixed gas and not have any issues.

I have problems of my guys huffing all of the gas. So it's always empty when I need it. I have yet to catch a single one huffing batteries.

Just citing the Dewalt cite where it says it takes 2hrs to charge 4ah.

OK, so if you have to wait "X" time to charge a battery that's taking away from other jobs you could be doing. You guys must all live in California.

All that matters I guess is that it's working for you. We can agree to disagree. I don't feel like getting banned over an argument of cordless landscaping tools haha.

That's unfortunate. Sounds like you need to stop hiring SlickDealers.

While you guys are arguing about battery life, I stopped by my local HD today.

Found this in the PCA with a quantity of 3.

Looked in the aisle and overhead with no luck. Walked by the clearance end cap and there they were.

Can we stop with the back and forth over battery/gas? Or at least post deals when you comment.

Poulan Pro 20" Chainsaw down to 50.03 at some stores. Not showing in all store's PCA.IMG_20180604_132016099.jpg

I went looking for the hammer drill / impact driver kit. Found a store with 8x showing in stock of the light+drill+driver combo you show for $125 in the computer. Spent 20 minutes with 3 different employees searching, didn't find one :(

I'm guessing an employee stashed them somewhere and i'll see them on craigslist shortly:mad: I've struck out with qty1, but never qty8

I was trying to buy one of the Ego hedge trimmer posted a while ago. My store said 10 in stock and they were no where to be found. I'll look in HD if I'm in the store to buy something but I don't bother chasing deals. There are none in my area.

That's how I feel. The inventory crew in my area (Northeast Ohio) is a well oiled machine. If it's not in the clearance end caps they pulled it already. I'll poke around every now and then if I happen to be in the store but chasing deals is just a waste of fuel for me.

I’ve been doing this for about 3-4 years now. I’ve sold one of the miter saws and a couple of the drill kits. Also got a couple echo trimmers

How much do you typically charge over the price you buy them at?

I haven't been able to find anything locally.

Did you score the miter saws for 150?? I’ve been searching. I missed out on the 2 I knew were sitting.
