Was the price of the battery automatically deducted when you checked out, or did the associate have to manually adjust it?

He just gave me the batteries....No R/R needed. I think he just did not want to mess with it. Tried R/R today and batteries came up at full price. I thought for sure the would ring up under the promo but No dice [emoji456]

Never trust the tag... If you are in the store, spending a minute to look on the PCA could yield a price-drop that they haven't updated the sticker with...

Typically the tags do not ring up you need to scan the barcode

That's a complicated explanation, it's basically just the Eigenvectors of the matrix sorted by the Eigenvalues.

That is also not the PCA they meant - PCA is "Price Check App", some but not all stores have computers with PCA app that are on the sales floor, such as in the appliance area. Some people have no issues with using it, others have had employees say they are not for customer use.

Is there any way to check the actual price without finding an employee or bringing it to self checkout? I've tried scanning with my phone on the HD app but it says "not available in store"

I think you just got lucky. AFAIK there is no free battery promo for the M18 Fuel tools, just the regular M18 line.

Fix a flat compressor looks pretty neat. 12 volt and you can use it with or without injecting the fixaflat into the tire.

So I just went on my first scavenger hunt. No luck. I checked some prices on 03 cent items, but they hadn't dropped yet. Couldn't find anything decent as far as tools are concerned. Anyone in the Carolinas on here?

Any advice for a newbie?

Were you checking to see if they dropped to $x.03, or were they already $x.03? That is the lowest price it will be before going to a penny. If it hits a penny, and the MET team does their job, all those items are pulled. So I wouldn't hold you breath hoping to find an .03 item dropping to a penny and still getting it.

You should be checking .06 items, which will eventually become .03 prices, to see if those have dropped but the tags havent been updated.

Oh ok. I wasn't all that interested in most of the stuff I found to be honest. I scanned some .03 items hoping that they had dropped to a penny without anyone noticing.

I'll be sure to check the .06 items next time. I couldn't find a price scanner to verify if the items were tagged correctly. I would hate to always have to bug an associate to check prices.

5 different Home Depot’s and none of the m18 rocket light/chargers in stock or on clearance. Can’t find a clearance miter saw either.

I was looking on pca this am and the mitre saws were $150.03 and then they were gone. Saw one at a store for $599. Crazy Has anyone noticed a set of Milwaukee with ice chest? I thought they should be on clearance but they aren't.

I went into a store this morning to take a look and they had a bunch on sets with the cooler, regular price on a front end display.

They also had about 6 of the rocket light tool-only mixed in a stack that had a couple 5ah sets...all still at $149.

I don't NEED a light, but could use a battery so I'm tempted to go back and get one with a battery kit.
