So when does .00 pricing happen?

That is actually before those occur. Usually not too much of a markdown usually.

Milwakee M18 2897-22 has a HD web price of $380.24
Week and half ago they were $280.00 in my area and several in stock.
Stopped by 2 days ago and they were down to 200.00, gone in one store 2 left at another, I grabbed one and coworker went back few hours later and last one gone.
Today, that clearance shelf has already been redone for regular stock, end of isle. Don't think I've ever seen .03 pricing locally on milwaukee stuff.

More than happy to pay that price and replace my 5+ yr old brushed stuff of which the hammer drill caught fire and melted the brush holder and housing once.

Home depot deal of the day.

https://www.homedepot.com/SpecialBuy/SpecialBuyOfTheDay

Some battery nailers, air compressors, air tools, hoses, and work boots/attire.

The only item I have personal experience with is the Ryobi 18g battery brad nailer. It works well enough for my infrequent uses. I use pneumatic most of the time, but the battery nailer is perfect for on the go or small jobs. Of the options today, I'd suggest the one with the useless drill for $20 more as it comes with a spare battery. Ever since getting that nailer I've looked at Ryobi as a cheaper way to get more battery tools that won't see a hard life, like the fan and worklight.

Having switched over to Milwaukee, I will also agree that ryobi has some gems in their line that work much better than expected. I have also found their Li batteries to be very robust. The nailer is a excellent tool and even pros have been surprised after borrowing mine to finish a job. The light and fan are also great for the price too.

I'm glad I never picked up a Milwaukee nailer. I remember seeing one on clearance at $70 last year, if there was a pass/fail thread on Milwaukee, this would probably not be a pass. Anyone knows how I can use a Milwaukee battery in a Ryobi nailer?

Adapter off eBay from Surebond. Well it works most of the time. Sometimes the orientation of the battery adapter won't fit. 1 out of Ryobi tools it won't work for me.

I have the nailer and built an adapter to use Ridgid batteries. It is very easy to do, but did require the sacrifice of the bottom of a Ridgid tool (I used a light) and a Ryobi battery. There are several GJ threads on this. The only catch is some tools have the battery protection circuitry in the tool and others in the battery. As long as both tool lines put this in the same place, you should be good.

Lincoln 125HD wire feed welder down to $105.03. I grabbed the only one they had in stock and all the auto-darkening helmets and .035 wire, which were also 75% off.

Milwaukee M18 Gen 2 kits are on sale for $200.

TWO local stores had the $200 price and 6 on hand but neither could find them in stock? Oh well so it goes.

Thank you! I'm going to check tonight.

Echo hedge trimmers also went .06 near me... finally, after waiting for months. I'm going to see if they made a quick drop to .03. Fingers crossed...

Any chance you have a photo so I can attempt a "snowballs chance" price match? Of the receipt as well would be helpful

Can anyone speculate what the Black Friday deals will be for Dewalt? Was thinking of trying their Flexvolt platform. Needed a table saw, but doesn't come with a 120v option, bummer :(

Awesome, that's when HD employees start giving out $50 discounts to everyone, just need to ask and be persuasive

Also, what was the lowest price the Ryobi 16 gauge Nailer used to go for with battery?

Find a store that does not have it on planogram. These were up high. Not in regular place. Only at one store in the area.

Clearance was in Lawn and Garden. It's all been moved back to departments and Christmas decorations are up. I'm surprised they didn't severely mark **** down before moving it back to each department. I am still waiting to score an Echo hedge trimmer at .03.

Hell.. Is home depot even doing any decent clearance anymore and the ones that are good are almost gone instantly... It's now coming to where Lowes might have better deals then home depot lately... I havent been to home depot for much.. And now with brickseek and SD guys doing more damage, buying clearance at home depot is becoming a wild goose chase

Lowes is far better, because they actually put in-store prices online. Over the years I've purchased more from Lowes because of this, since I refuse to waste gas and time trying to find something at Home Depot that may or may not be marked down.

I think a lot of the good clearance deals are winding down as the Holiday Shopping Season nears. My local Home Depot's pushed the Halloween decorations to a corner, and already Christmas Decorations are on display. People are getting pretty anxious these days :lol_hitti

On of the clearance end caps they had '4' Four Milwaukee M18 Fuel Saws for $189.00 on clearance without Battery (Tool-Only). I don't think this is a great deal. 2731-20

What do you all think?
