what ridgid 18v .03/75% deals have you picked up in the past 5 years?
x4 grinder? very limited stores 5 yrs ago
x4 impact wrench? very limited stores 5 yrs ago
x4 circle saw? very limited stores 2 yrs ago
vacuum? thats a good one, but that was 2017 and only in limited stores
orbital sander? 2017 and semi limited stores.
air comp
16ga straight finish nailer

those are your .03/75% ridgid deals over a five year span.
that cannot compare to milwaukee dewalt or even makita's 2018 deals alone

X4 circ saw $25
X4 recip saw $50
X5 recip saw $45
X5 impact w/ 2 batts $50
X5 impact & circ saw w/ 2.0 & 4.0 batts $60

As others have said, Milwaukee deals are few and far between in most places. Ridgid line is not the biggest nor is it the best quality, but it is really good quality. And I have found FAR more deals on them than Milwaukee or Dewalt.

I got this last April for $50.03 or $53.03 but its the only Ridgid 03 deal I've seen. The sad part is I don't even have batt's for it. I keep hoping I'll find a deal on some batteries and a charger but nope...

What is all this .03/.06/.00/.09 talk in here? A way to track what's going to go on sale?

There's a reason you don't see Ridgid tools on the jobsites, because they break and don't perform as good as Dewalt or Milwaukee.

May be a local thing, around here Ridgid is the most common on job sites, with some Milwaukee but very rarely DeWalt (Black and Decker).

BTW, the warranty is different than the Lifetime Service Agreement, which does not have the limitations you noted.

That was a weird deal. One store had them at that price for about a week. echo hedge trimmer went to 03 but they all went away. Milwaukee sawsall corded went from$135.00 to $120.00. Shows $75.03 on pca.

Only time I even run into Ridgid cordless on a job site - or Ryobi, for that matter - is the occasional handyman type. As a contractor, performance is what I care about, not length of the warranty.

I was curious as well and found the link you are looking for on page five. Would repost it here but do not have enough posts yet.

Boils down to the number of weeks left before the item pennies out ... .00 is manager/corporate driven pricing special... most times they’ll stay at .00 forever

Wish I could find that in my area, virtually all the 18v tools have been gone from the stores for months and I refuse to jump to a 20v platform.

Did anyone ever catch a clearance or did it even clearance? The makita X2 tracksaw? No one around me sells it and I know they clearanced most X2 tools. I found one store that still has a couple and some of the rails but they said it still is $499?
Any info or posts about this?

the first time you use 20v you will throw all your 18v stuff in the trash........

The 20V stuff is nice because its newer and has available features(brushless, LEDs, torque control, etc) that the 18v doesnt... but there isnt a reason to just throw it all away. I've got 4 or so li-ion batteries for the 18v system and it makes the system stable(as opposed to having nicads)

now... I am slowly picking up 20v stuff as I see it on sale here and there... and not sure what to do with the 18v stuff since it doesnt fetch high $$$ on ebay

The kit with 2 batteries and dual charger got as low as $225 at my local store. The 55" track went to $25.03 and were gobbled up quickly at that price. Folks prob using them as a straight edge at that price. I would ask them to scan any that you see in store, I don't think these are store stocked items anymore.

Man... I wish I could find at that price! I have about 3-4 stores near enough to drive that show stock. Scanning them is still coming up $499 so far

Various Real Solutions pullouts at 03

im still finding an abundance of penny drawer slides when i venture out to stores off my reg path.
theres not much to them beyond the slides, so you might be able to save even more if you look in the hardware aisle

Well call me crazy but I really wanted that X2 tracksaw so. I brick seek to for anywhere within two hours that showed inventory and clearance price. I found a store that had 2 saws and 6 tracks.

I bought 2 saws and four tracks for $634 ($250 saws, $25 tracks). So I have to make a four hour round trip on Saturday but they are all waiting for me.

Not sure the plan. Sell half and get mine free, keep one saw and 4 batteries and sell the other saw charger and tracks? Or give it at discounted price to my boss? We will see

Original post removed.

Sku on this is 561159. Was told to use a Bonide product that works better. Won't be using until next year though now

Great deal. I’ve been looking but none in my area. I’d like to find a few of the tracks for $25. I have a Festool track saw but use makita tracks

1001481686 packout at $200.00. Is this a good buy?

Bottoms go for $90-$100 around me on CL. I bought the large middle for ~$50 off ebay/CPO earlier this year. $200 is not a terrible price to get it all together, but might be able to do better pieced out.

nm. that is the Packout with drill/impact. Yes that is a good deal, please grab me one :D

Not here, and that .03 is from March! That should be a penny by now. Did you purchase it?

March is when it first went on clearance. I’ve been watching this sit at mostly .00 pricing since then because they’ve been in the overheads with no display in all my stores. The store I went to just happened to have these pulled down and priced, but they were at .06 pricing last week.
