Just walked into my local store and all the Halloween stuff was getting tagged as clearance. Looked like everything 50% off. Picked up a couple things I was waiting for.

Well its the calm before the storm. I don't anticipate any Milwaukee Clearance deals between now and the end of the Holiday shopping season. I can forecast that clearance deals will be live again around mid-Jan, 2019 of next year.

The countdown to holiday sales begins. :lol_hitti

Has anyone encountered issues searching for other stores on the PCA? I used to be able to put in other store numbers in the upper right of the screen, but two different locations no longer allow me to do that, I get an "error" when I try. Are there any setting on the PCA that I can access to allow me to search other stores?

Happens occasionally. I assume the network is having issues. Usually works the next time I check.

Make sure you close all the other windows. Then reopen the Price Checker window.

Air compressor gauges are half price ~$4.50. Both back mount and side mount. Also saw some Estwing hammers, but they still haven’t dropped much. Halloween stuff was all half price and flying out of the store.

Went out of town for work and hit the local home depot. Saw they had the Makita X2 blower marked at 275$. I grabbed it and it ran up at 88$ killer deal!

Just purchased some Halloween Decor online since it's all 50%. Stores were pretty picked over last week. Gearing up for next year.

My stores have zero left. I ordered up the horse skeleton and the werewolf. The horse is not sold in stores.
Yeah my local store was empty but one of the more populated ones was actually packed with Halloween stuff still. Got a decent setup for next year

I saw a lot of Q-See security cameras, DVRs, and accessories at 0.03 pricing. I ended up picking up an 8 channel DVR with a 1 TB hard drive and 8 cameras for $138, plus two more dome cameras for $18 each. Not sure if I’m going to keep everything, but it seemed too low to pass up. Anybody know anything about the brand? They seem to get decent (but not great) reviews.

Guys, skip the Kreg jig altogether and get the Porter-Cable 560! It is light years ahead of Kreg's cheap blue plastic:

That PC one looks pretty bad ***. I've been using the K4 for a while and the K5 looks like a nice improvement. That PC with auto adjust everything seems to take a lot of the guesswork out. I am always thumbing through the manual to figure out which size screws to use on which size materials. The guide on the side of the PC is pretty nice for those of us that don't have it memorized or use it sparingly.

M18 FUEL ONE-KEY 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless 8-1/4 in. Table Saw Kit W/ (1) 12.0Ah Battery & Rapid Charger with second 12Ah battery ($199 value)

$549 + Tax

You can return the battery if you don't have the need for an extra one

Don't forget to look for Credit Card Cash Back offers and coupons when purchasing to sweeten this deal ;)

How much would one get back for returning the "free" $199 battery?

199 * 549/748 = $146.06

Interesting, is this an easy thing to do or something you have hit or miss luck with? I just bought the chainsaw with free battery so if I bought either the skill saw or table saw I could return a battery for each.

It's easy. I've done it a few times with the Ryobi free tool deals.

Its easy and absolutely allowed. In fact, this is what Home Depot encourages to their customers on the receipts. Its a prorated discount, and the discount at the end is absolutely worth it.

Better off going with online sources it seems, big-box stores will only match competitors in the vicinity of the local area, and the most they will agree to is Amazon's rigorous pricing

Seems to be store to store. You would need to check your local store to find out.

I use the Q-see 8 ch. system. Probably what you have. I use 7 cameras and it works great. The motion sensing will detect bugs and set itself off quite often but you can adjust sensitivity to help a bit. i am using BNC to ethernet POE adapters to allow me to run ethernet to each camera rather than those goofy and expensive cables that are only 50'. QTH- something or other?
