I just picked this up today. Seems like a good deal. Seems like it has enough oomph to run the small Hf blast cabinet and all my other junk (@11.5 CFM at 90 PSI). \

Tax price was 439 (ish) and I could have gotten free delivery but I wanted to go ahead and get it today so I can start piecing together a proper manifold and filter/moisture setup. Any recomendations on those pieces would be greatly appreciated.

I was going to try and run everything half inch where possible and I have some quick disconnects that are 3/8 but most of my older ones are all 1/4 and it is proving a little challenging finding the 3/8 adapters locally. All my hoses are 3/8 except one of the umbilicals I have for hooking up the blower attachments and it's 1/4. Is there a reason to really run the 3/8 adapters, since the 1/4 adapters are so much more commonly available? Not sure if it will create a bottle neck or if it is the overall volume that helps keep the CFM up...

I grabbed the same compressor. Seems to have good reviews on TS website. None in store so I paid for delivery. They also had some Ingersoll and Campbell Hausfield tools and fittings on clearance. They are probably making way for Dewalt tools.

Looking over the specifications in the link above, it says " Pump Life: 1000 hours"
That's got to be a misprint/typo....right?

I can't recall where I saw it but I thought I saw something along the line of 10,000 or 100,000 hours? I am sure that is a mis-print at the very least but most of the warranty is relative to time and not hours (meaning 2 year limited warranty on the pump).
