Any updated pics of the garage floor?
Also, how much was it to do the in floor heating? I am going to be building a hose soon with an attached garage around the same size and was thnking of in floor heating.

Should have updated pics soon, we actually took some of the race deck flooring out to do a bit more patching and leveling of the concrete slab underneath. I also need to do a major clean up in there. Lots of sawdust and concrete dust all over everything.
The style of in floor heating we did was very cost effective. I'm not sure of the price of the Pex line, but the rest of the system consisted of the manifold which you can buy or make yourself (mine was made on site), a small hot water tank (I bought mine from Canadian Tire, it was around $350), Grundfos circulating pump (I believe the one we used was $200), and a line voltage thermostat which I believe was $12. I also upgraded the element in the hot water tank to a 6000watt one that a local guy custom made for me. It was around $35. I think all in the infloor heating system cost roughly $1000.
I would say even if your on the fence about what style of heating you want to go with, its worth it to run the pex lines in your slab anyways. They are cheap, and you can't change your mind later if you don't put them in.
My reasoning to go with in floor heating rather than other methods is it works extremely well at thawing out vehicles since the heat transfers through the entire frame and body and melts all the snow off very quickly. Also with other heating methods, sometimes you get an effect where the snow melts off the vehicle and then the water freezes on the cold slab so you get an ice sheet.
