Does anyone know where to get a T70 socket in 3/8 drive? I can only find them in 1/2 drive, I prefer 3/8 since that’s what I use the most, I don’t use 1/2 much, Thanks in advance.
While I agree that 1/2 would usually be better, but as stated below, I need it for subies, and I want 3/8 simply for the reason I have a extra long handle 3/8 drive, and no long 1/2 ratchet, since I rarely use them. Me and my partner in the bay next to me had one that we shared, but he recently moved on and took the bit with him, hence why I’m searching now. But the Astro set above looks like just what I needYea, it is as it is for a reason. You're going to need a shitload of torque to break free a bolt that big. 1/2" drive is needed. In my case I use an impact bit as I'm too old and weak to use a breaker bar at this late date. Big Milwaukee or Aircat 1250K will teach these a lesson.
Some Subaru front differentials used it in their drain plugs
