That looks great. Wonderful build.
I have a few 5 gallons of clear wood sealer (can't recall the brand) that I'll be using for now. We don't mind the wood graying naturally with a little added sealer protection.I'm a big fan of wood B&B siding (hence my shop siding lol) so it's really nice to see someone else using it! Your shop looks really good.
What are your plans for finishing the siding?
about 125’ with the barn sitting between the house and the road out frontVery nice looking shop. How far are you from your house

Me too- I couldn't justify the price for T&G originally but found a guy who milled and dried this himself so the price was lower. Plus, he happened to have just about the right square footage remaining so I couldn't say no.Well I'm looking forward to seeing that wood on your walls, that should be a really nice finish.
Yes- there is an air gap in the scissor trusses between the top side of the insulation and the roof sheathing as well as soffit/ridge vent as appropriate to move air up there. It just doesn’t look like it in the photo.Your not ventilating the roof deck? or leaving a 2" air gap?
