I think it is a 1965 . I don't know if I want to keep it or sell it . I think it is in need of a good restore job . I like the size and the draws . It could be my main tool box so finding tools would be easy ....
You can get the month and date of production by looking in the center of the left section of the floor of the toolbox's upper section (the part covered up when you close the lid).
You should find the month and date stamped in a format of **-** and the words "Made In USA".
Depending on the condition of the paint, you may have to take a wire brush to that area to uncover the stamping.
P.S. $30 would have been a good deal for either the chest or the roller. If you got both for that price, you did really well for yourself.
