Ok, Over due update.

The garage doors were put on and did not match the house garage like they were supposed to. So garage door guy replaced the house garage doors to match the new building. Now I just need to paint the man door to match the garage doors.

In the fall I had the BASE electric in just to close the permit.

Early winter the mason came and put 2 course of block to build the spray booth/wash bay wall off of.(still needs walls and everything inside)

Last week the apron got poured(20' x the length of the building) and 4.5" bollards to protect the building

next up is the densifier and sealer. Once that is done the paver will be here to redo the existing asphalt and pave the gravel between the existing and the apron.

Love it and love your dog. I’m just starting my project but she’ll be a far cry from the dream shop yours is. I going 24x25 just don’t have the money to go any bigger at this point.

Perhaps I missed this. Did you post pics of this? Is this inside or outside?

The garage is very nice and the dog too as others have said, thank you for sharing.

:)

The 1200sq/ft mezzanine and washday portion wall went in over the summer.

I also ran 3/4" copper for the airlines thru the truss's and 12 drops with drains in the walls

2” spray foam started today. They will finish tomorrow

Were are also decided to do a mezzanine. 5 in thick slab 4000PSI, but did not do a pier

No piers. The engineer did not think the 5" thick 4,000lb concrete would suffice. So he had me make the 14" x 1/2" plates that the 6x6s rest on
