Thanks. How quickly can you get the temp down when the building is hot?

Not sure, I generally just keep it at a set temperature so as to help control the humidity, I'm in Swamp East MO. Even then I run a dehumidifier that in the middle of the summer runs full time.

Ignore the Emergency heat usage in last Dec/Jan, I had a A-Coil fail, so I ended up using Gas (Emergency) only for several weeks while waiting on parts/service.

Also the old Dehumidifier died in May, and the new one (ALORAIR Commercial Dehumidifier) works great!

Don't feel too bad. I haven't poured any aprons yet. Floor is hard to keep clean.

What is an apron? New to all of this..building 40X60X14 maybe. Looking at all heating and cooling options but I have to contract everything…just curious on terminology of all aspects as I’ve never built or hired or anything , just moving forward…Ty in advance

Here is an update on my HVAC usage as of today. Heat set to 65, AC set to 75.

Apron is the concrete approach to the roll up doors.
