Almost 10 years ago I stumbled across a link to this thread and was spellbound. Long story short, life got in the way and I stopped mountain biking. What did happen though, was it sparked a dream to build shed, learn to weld…and to get back onto my bike.

Thanks to Covid, some time out last year meant I got a chance to learn to weld. I’m starting with MIG and making less of a mess now AND I got back onto my bike so I dug around to find this thread again. Over the past week, I’ve been re-reading it from the first post.

I’m glad to see how you‘ve progressed Kristofer. It truly is inspiring.

Good on you @Integra @fortyfour thread left me similarly inspired, and was a big part of the inspiration hat pushed me to recognize that I enjoy making, building, and helping others, and can do it as a career.

I've got a few things planned for this spring and fall '23. I'll be sure to share the updates here. I've been busy with tooling and prototypes for the FS project so apologies for the lack of updates here!
