Downspouts and gas line put in, poured sidewalks, apron& lean to’s on Saturday with 3 guys.
26 yards.
Wrecked forms and back filled.
Graded and gilled yard.
Fertilized, seeded, & strawed.
Cut joints, and washed everything down.
Full 4 days....but the yard is in.
Now back to my real job!!!

Pulled out the headlights again last night.
I have 3 skids of sod to put down tonight, but had to get this french drain in.

Worked on it till 12 last night, up at 4am to go to work.
Should get it done tonight.

Pouring the front apron Saturday 18 yards.

Trench drain formed in.
Didn’t get to pour Saturday, weather permitting it will be this Saturday.

18y pour today!!
Was supposed to do it last week....that’s a whole different deal.
Front apron was the last “big” pour.
1 more porch (color stamped) pour and I’ll be getting it insulated and closed up.
Turned out well.
Long day, but glad to have it done for sure!

Yeah. 30’ form drain ran to a hub drain.
My property has some major slope to drain in a creek to the West.
It’s been raining here in Southern Indiana for 24h now.
4.5 in of rain today, i got to see how everything drained from downspouts, yard drains, gutters, and grade.
Pretty happy with it honestly, I’ll have to make a few adjustments for sure.

OMGoodness after all that concrete work your back has to be hurting. But all worth it your place is awesome looking and it functions the way you want it to thanks to a good design.
Love it being pic heavy helps me to follow along and your thread gets me fired up. Thanks for taking time posting pics for us guys following along and wanting to build a nice shop like yours, start to finish
