You'll have to get a drawbar to adapt the 5/8-11 threads to something like a morse taper and then get the correct chuck.

Not finding any either, 5/8-16 is the standard. I would suggest that you turn the 5/8 thread off and rethread to 1/2 or 3/8" to put a standard thread on the spindle. It could also be turned to a standard JT taper. What speed range and shank size do you expect on this spindle?

Hi Larry-G

That is my thought too, I want to know what is more accurate 1/2"-20 thread or JT33
I found larger end is .624 for JT33, thanks

As a Shopsmith guy, I would just grind a flat spot on the threads for the set screw and slide on a Shopsmith chuck. They slip on a 5/8 shaft and use a set screw.
And Shopsmiths make great horizontal borers!

Your problem is that the ROOT diameter of the thread is is ~.510" and the small end of a JT33 is 0.5605 so you cannot get a full taper on there. As for accuracy in your setup I would say that is up the the machinist that re cuts the end of your spindle.
