Well i thought i would throw up some pics of the build, havn't had a lot of time as i've been busy at work. I had to get engineered drawings for the build because of the size and the ground work began in the spring of last year.

Tearing out the old pad after deciding it was going to less of a hassle for the new pad

Gutter drain installed

foam laid for radiant floor

tubing installed 12 runs

I did take a lot of pictures of all tubing because i am planning on installing a 2 post hoist at the back wall

Pouring of the pad was 5 1/2"

and done

Some walls going up

and this is where i left it before it took off back to work after christmas

I hired a contractor to finish it off and they have just been cruising along its kinda funny at the end of the day they get so much more accomplished then i ever would have haha

Here the front roof has been installed and the back is about a quarter complete

and thats all for now garage doors are coming in a few weeks and the ditch for the 200amp service and other goodies is going to be dug next week so the electrician can run some power to the inside

Can you tell me roughly what the total cost is going to be? My wife and I were just talking about this yesterday, but I don't even know where to begin on pricing. I know it will vary some since you are in Canada but it will at least give me a start.

Also, how tall is your ceilings?
