Lambo is looking awesome!

I see you mounted the Maxjax Power Cart to the structural post - that's awesome!

I mounted mine to the wall - best mod that I've done to that lift!

This lift was intended to be something that wasn't a permanent fixture. But like you I didn't want to deal with that cart and moving things around and pretty much since I bought it something has been on it

So it just go mounted. Other than that I drilled some extra holes in it and haven't touched it. Its been a solid investment and well worth the cash.

Just some random updates

I work from home several days per week and they guard me in the office

visited a friends garage last week.....puts mine to shame.

Bought some rims from his old Huracan and they look SOOO much better than what I had.

Im a computer nerd and my old rig was in need of an upgrade....so I finally made time to get it taken care of....had to get some parts out of it for the new setup

All of my time so far had been spent on my downstairs garage and my upstairs garage had gotten just terrible looking. I have been so busy lately (and made excuses) that I just never got around to getting it setup up.

I think its gonna look much better tiled.

Started on a new project....2004 Dodge Viper. Spun a rod and we are yanking the engine and getting it taken care of for our customer. Usually this would be a build I did at my house but since I am slammed and recently bought and auto repair business we are doing it off site.

Correct. This is the same tile that I did my basement with. Its held up great and I had extra so why not upstairs too

isn't it nice to have friends that have stuff you'd like to own and that one sure has a well equipped garage.

congrats on buying the Auto Repair shop and are you the only owner or did you buy it with a partner or two or three? post up pictures if you want to get in a little advertising, but more so to show guys in your area where to take their cars to get them fixed RIGHT!!.

also upstairs garage is bigger than mine that i share with my bride so i bet it will look great. speaking of garage walls did you ever look into some of those 3D painters to paint something like this on your walls in your garages where you don't have cabinets or boxes against them?

Correct and I only posted pictures of different times when you could see a good portion the car. There simple wasn't enough data provide to decided that I wasn't protecting the car while working on it. And if you look back through the rest of my posts I work on some fairly expensive nice stuff...you don't get repeat business / referrals by doing poor work and not respecting peoples cars.

What we have is just your garden variety internet troll

Thanks! There has been a lot to learn with it and some long hours. My friend and I started a real estate company 7 years ago and we also just bought this garage together. Good to have someone that you can count on to help....I couldn't have done any of this without him. Good business partners are very hard to find.

I love those 3d paintings! I haven't made time to really do much down stairs lately. I still want to get some sort of art done.....just not sure what yet.

MH: you've got plenty on your plate and sorry if i made it sound like you were not doing a great job. since i started watching your thread when you started which i think is when you started tiling your 7 car garage basement you've done nothing but keep improving your garage, cars and lifestyle and I can feel your smile from here everytime you post even when you post a TROLL PICTURE which i saved BTW.

keep up the great work and hope to see more cool pictures when you have some time.

take a peek at my Daughter's wedding chair thread when you get a minute and maybe you can tell me what i need to do to make it better or motorize it.

I guess the troll missed where it's been said the car is wrapped or plastisdipped already so your argument is invalid. Just give it up, all your doing is making yourself look like someone who is jealous so they have the find something wrong. Of course you'll claim that's not the case though.

Very messy right now but its getting close to being done. All of the side pieces have been cut and they are going to get put in this afternoon. Grout tomorrow and paint Friday....then I get my garage back.

I am unsure on what I want to do for a paint scheme. Part of my is thinking supre bright White with a grey stripe and a black border.

Is the garage door going to go down to the concrete? Or will you be adding something at the threshold?

In my attached garage it bugs me that the blacktop goes right to the edge of the slab with zero elevation change. When it rains hard the water will come in underneath the garage door and pool in the corner. Debating what to do about it, installing tile is an option.

Yes...the garage door will go down to the concrete and I will be tiling flush with the concrete. I plan to put the last row in tomorrow along with a metal transition strip to make it look better.

Just a quick congratulations! The garage looks amazing...crazy what a lick of paint does for the whole place....I have been wondering what to do re floors....my place has sealer for now but I have toyed with a Race Deck type surface and, or as you have done, tiles....the tiles look really nice.
