I have a rough country forklift. I am looking for one the walk behind electric for inside, like the handi stakker brand
There are completely hydraulic ones much like a pallet jack that might fit your needs. I have never used one but I have seen them come up cheap in industrial surplus.yeah i definitely don't want an electric. I'm a gearhead not a sparky. In spite of my whole industry moving that way.
The electric batteries will eventually always need replacing and that's not a diy item.
I got you now. You don't have room in front or sides. A small warehouse propane unit should be right up your alley. My job 520 is really low and I can extend 16 feet so it does most of what I need but I wouldnt turn down a hard surface forklift. If the price was ridiculously low...The pallet jack type have outriggers instead of a counterweight. the outriggers go out in front and i really need the front to be unobstructed. So normal type forklift is about the only thing that works. Or maybe a Namco, but those are $$$$
A POX on you!!!!winter is coming.................
Thank you, It's a relief for sure. I'm ready for jobs to get done. Have 3 barrels of oil to go get now."Lift arms as a platform"
Good deal. Some times the best solution is the simple and easy to execute method.
While I don't doubt the top side creeper would be handy, getting the truck running is even better.
Good to hear it is running!!

Lol! We do think alike a lot of the time though....I say go for it, but I am a bad role model.![]()
Just for kicks, i plotted course at almost 800 miles away...I have a Cat/Mits 5k with a 3 stage mast for 14ft lift ht that I am parting out if you are interested.
that's what i'm afraid of. I am sitting on numerous items that are priced very fairly i think, and we just happen to be sitting in a cheapskate black hole....If you list it for sale and wait long enough, but who knows, you will have lots of pallet rack to store it on…..
